Welcome to Chuck's Steak House!
Yes, there really is a "Chuck", and his name is Charles "Chuck" Rolles. Chuck graduated from the Cornell Hotel and Restaurant School in 1956. He opened the first of a number of restaurants that bear his name in 1959 in Hawaii. He was the first to bring the steak house and salad bar concept to the United States. The location here in Auburn , Mass was opened in 1978. We have had the same core management team for over 30 years. While we can seat upwards of 300 patrons our unique design allows us to have a number of nooks & crannies to ensure your privacy.
